Why you should go out now

Yes fall is present, yes, it's getting cold, it rains often ... so what? Why not going outside? As the Swiss would say "There is no bad weather, there are only bad equipments!" 




Go outside, why? 

First to move! Moving is about feeling good, it allows us to practice some sport, to think about other things, to find inspiration, walking helps to clear ones head, to see what happens outdoors, meet some people, to see other things, eliminate a moment all the little annoyances of everyday life, to step back ... Even when you have to work and stay focused, it is important to take breaks and move, walk outside, get some fresh air ... and then be able to better focus on ones work. Move: when? 

Move in the morning! Some sport in the early hours is a great way to start the day! 

It's cold outside! 

So what? Whether it rains or there is wind, whether there is sun or snow, walking is always a great sport to be practiced without moderation! And what a joy to be able to warm up around a nice woodfire after an afternoon in the fresh air! Walking alone, in groups, with friends, with strangers (many (fitness/power) walks are organised everywhere) to take a break, to do some sport in a known location or to discover new landscapes,. .. the possibilities are endless, walking can be practiced anytime, anywhere and for any reason (besides, should we really have one?) 



In autumn, the colors are beautiful, nature changes completely, so feel free to hang out with a camera, organize the last picnic of the year with some friends in a park, create a group of walks with friends, ... Art in the City is increasingly present in some areas, which does not displeases me, either by the presence of works on the streets or in parks, open your eyes and (re) discover your city from a different angle. 
Some parks, and this is particularly the case in Brussels or Göteborg are so large, beautiful and stunning, they make us forget that we are in the city. A sense of countryside in the city, yes it's possible! However, do not hesitate to get away in a small village, the countryside is beautiful and some quiet time during weekends: it feels great! Take a step back, take time for yourself, think about something else, let ones mind wander, are essential things and it makes us happier! Because yes, sometimes the simple things are the things that make us happier! 



My advice? 


Get used to walk a little every day, and reserve half days to make real/long walks!
